Chef Drew was fantastic! We were traveling with a group of 20 for a ski vacation. Drew prepared jalapeño poppers, Caesar salad, Mac-n-cheese, ribs, brisket, and homemade ice cream. It was all amazing. The ribs and brisket were so juicy and flavorful, the poppers cheesy, Caesar dressing homemade, Mac was on point and the ice cream topped it all off for an excellent meal. Drew interacted with the group as he prepared all the food. I would highly recommend him for your next catered meal!

Chef James was outstanding from start to finish. Every meal was prepared to an exceptional standard, and we thoroughly enjoyed each one. His time management was impeccable, and he remained professional throughout while still being warm and easy to talk to. We would highly recommend him and would absolutely book him again for future events.
