Wow!! What man amazing evening we had with Jason cooking for us. The food was delicious & Jason managed to put up with our loud group. He totally made the whole experience perfect!! Cannot recommend him enough. Thank you so much Jason!! Next time we’ll book something in Southbourne!!

Sam met our brief perfectly and provided a fabulous elevated buffet for us. The added touch of homemade pizzas, breads and pesto were divine and he made all our guests feel comfortable while working in the home.

Chef G and his sous chef were amazing. Excellent communication ahead of the event, super flexible with the dietary requirements / preferences and they left the kitchen clean. The food was AMAZING, it was super delicious and there was plenty for everyone and a little for leftovers (which we were all then fighting over the next day!). The scallop starter and beef wellington main in particular was a stand out for me, but it was all so, so good. I'd happily book Chef G again!

I booked Chef Moira for a group brunch for 8 people and the food was amazing! The menu offered a diversity of items that easily accommodated allergies and dietary restrictions. Definitely recommend!

Chef Abhilasha was absolutely incredible and a true professional. She created the most incredible menu for an intimate Mother’s Day lunch and my whole family was blown away by not only the delicious flavours of her recipes, but her wonderful personality and stories she told about her culinary journey. If you’re looking for the highest quality service and an exquisite, unique experience, she’s the chef for you!

Trevor was fantastic from start to finish. He totally got the brief, worked with me on some adjustments to the menu ahead of time. On the day he was hugely professional, friendly and the food was absolutely wonderful! All the guests loved it. Thank you Trevor! We will definitely book again.
