We had the pleasure of having Chef Joao cook for our family celebration, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Joao was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. He listened carefully to our requests and created a beautiful bespoke menu that suited our family’s tastes perfectly. Joao was also calm, organised and respectful in our home, leaving the kitchen spotless afterwards. Thank you, Joao, for making such an important day even more special.

The food was absolutely delicious, the quality and presentation were fabulous.

Arancini was lovely, the chicken skewers were great too, but he arrived late, after the start time that canapés should have been served, had oil and grease all over the kitchen floor that he trod in and served raw pork. He did try to clean it, but it has left marks on our wooden flooring. Plus he left the bbq and ovens on 25 mins past the end of cooking. I wouldn’t suggest this was a good experience compared to other chefs we have worked with, but our guests still had an enjoyable time.

Chef Vimbai was incredible. Communication was great, she arrived promptly, the food was to die for! It was delicious and presented beautifully! It finished our special weekend off in the best way possible! Would highly recommend Chef Vimbai and the yhangry platform. Such a seamless process. Thank you so much 😊

Fabio was amazing. His communication was great in the lead up to the event and so flexible and accommodating with our menu options. He went out of his way to collect some extra cutlery when I messaged him an hour before arriving which was very kind. The food was all very delicious and Fabio left the kitchen spotless. Mat was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was responsive during the organisation process and helped whenever I had a question. He was incredibly flexible with the menu and worked with me to put together the perfect meal. On the day, Mat was timely, organised, polite and professional. He was happy to be flexible with our timings and left the space clean and tidy. The food quality and presentation was incredible, and as a group we all agreed it was one of the best meals we'd ever eaten.

We had such a wonderful experience with Sam, his food was second to none. Everything was fresh and of the highest quality. The noises around the table were proof of how delicious the food was. We would 100% recommend Sam and the Yhangry team.
