Thomas Middleton is one of the world’s premiere chefs having worked at some of the best restaurants in the world, it is an absolutely brilliant experience to have him in your home. He not only created the most sublime dishes but created an amazing ambiance, explaining and presenting his dishes beautifully and then leaving your kitchen spotless at the end. He is an incredibly talented chef but also a lovely humble person who is a delight to have in your home to create a wonderful experience!

Chef Fabrice cooked for all our family for my 60th Birthday, we have had the most amazing experience, beautiful food on both Saturday & Sunday in such a calm & relaxing atmosphere. Great communication throughout the booking process.

Hired Alex for a 20 person meal on a hen weekend. Alex was excellent from booking. Easy to communicate with and happy to make alterations to menus etc. Service was great and food fantastic. Would not hesitate booking Alex again.
