Pan Asian Menu
Hummingbird club menu
1. **Amuse-Bouche:** something small and bite-sized to excite the palate.
sweet and sour chicken balls (ve)
Seasons chunks of chicken dipped in a light batter and then deep fried till golden brown. Served with a rich decadent sweet and sour sauce.
2. **Appetiser:** a light dish to stimulate the appetite.
Crispy pork kung pao sushi rolls (ve)🌶️
deep fried Crispy pork then stir fried with sweet peppers and onions and covered in a sweet and savoury sauce. Served on a bed of crispy seaweed, sticky jasmine rice and deep fried spring onion then garnished with sesame seeds and fresh spring onion and rolled in Chinese pancake and tied together with strings of chives.
3. **Soup:** providing warm and comforting transition.
creamy miso pumpkin soup (ve)🌶️🌶️
Chunks of pumpkin generously seasoned with salt and pepper then roasted with garlic, onion and tyme. Then liquified with a seasoned miso broth. Served with a freshly made garlic buttered bread roll
4. **starter:** A showcase of variety and flavour as well as textures.
Gyoza (ve)
Hand made dumplings, packed with seasoned mixed veggies and seasoned beef. Steamed and then pan fried to retain both crunch and chewy texture. Served on a bed of crispy seaweed and a savoury soy sauce.
5. **Main Course:** the focal point of the meal.
Mongolian Beef Noodle
hand made noodles tossed in a cream Japanese sake sauce served on a bed of Mongolian beef that have been slow fried and marinated in a sweet rich red wine jus
Szechuan Chicken 🌶️🌶️🌶️
chicken breast cut into long strips and seasoned. Then stir fried with sweet peppers, red onion and chillies. Served coated in a reduced sweet Japanese Red Sake sauce on top of sticky jasmine rice.
6. **Dessert:** sweet indulgent treats to conclude.
chocolate brownies (ve)
Layered with a coffee pudding top accompanied by freshly made vanilla caramel ice cream
steamed sticky toffee pudding (ve)
smothered in caramel sauce served with Vanilla custard
