Appetiser:
Tomato, Basil, and Cucumber Panzanella with Grated Tomato Balsamic Vinaigrette
Caprese Salad
Starters:
*mozzarella bruschetta - can be made (ve)(df)(gf)
Halved Tomatoes/ whole cloves of garlic seasoned and roasted with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, a mix of dried Italian herbs. Served on top Freshly made bread thinly sliced and then roasted with sea salt and dried Italian herbs. Drizzle with a thick balsamic dressing.
Nduja arancini
moreish rice balls with spicy nduja sausage, gooey mozzarella filling and crunchy breadcrumb coating
Pasta course:
Cacio e Pepe
Spaghetti, black pepper, butter, Parmesan
Pesto Gnocchi with Spinach
Potato gnocchi, shallots, garlic, pesto, baby spinach, Parmesan
Meat course:
*Roasted chicken roulade
Served with fondant potatoes, steamed broccoleanie and brown sugar roasted carrot. With a cream white wine sauce.

Butter, fettuccine, heavy cream, shrimp, Parmesan, garlic
Deserts:
* Chocolate fondant with freshly made vanilla caramel ice cream
* tiramisu
* peach & almond tart with freshly made vanilla ice
