Wow! We had an absolutely incredible evening for my friends hen-do! Make sure that you are all hungry, because Fouad will cook an absolute FEAST for you and your guests. I sent across a list of all of our brides favourite foods and Fouad created a delicious and cohesive menu of big sharing plates for the table, exactly what I had envisioned. Thank you to Fouad and your lovely assistant for leaving the kitchen spotless and letting everyone relax and enjoy the evening. It was all perfection!

Ellen was fantastic, from the initial communication, menu planning and execution on the evening, everything was more than we could have hoped for! Her food combinations were all extremely well considered and exactly fitted the brief I gave her, all super super tasty and beautifully presented - every guest was thrilled.
