Chef Ben was very accessible and responsive during the planning of the dinner and most of all very patient as I sought to finalise details with guests coming from abroad., The menu, presentation and quantity of the courses were all exquisite and Chef Ben proved a delightful presence in the kitchen and the dining room. The mission was to celebrate a very special birthday with a Michelin star quality dinner in the comfort of our own home and Chef Ben more than lived up to the challenge!

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Cayetano. He was very communicative beforehand and super helpful with crafting the menu. He arrived on time and was very friendly and kind, we enjoyed talking to him during the evening abuot the food and his experience as a chef. Every morsel of his food was outstanding and made my husband's birthday a very special evening to remember!
