Janusz prepared a wonderful three course meal for 15 people for my 30th birthday. The food was delicious and we (particularly the Londoners) loved the small touches like sourdough from the Dusty Knuckle. Janusz was super friendly and everyone loved his explanations of each dish during the dinner. He was easy to communicate with and flexible when I needed to amend the numbers. Janusz arrived in plenty of time to prepare for the evening & left everything spotless. We would 100% recommend Janusz!

James (and his helper!) were fantastic, right from the moment they arrived and set up in the kitchen. The food was excellent in both presentation and taste - I would not hesitate to book James again for our next event.

Stephen is a brilliant chef. He was amazing with communication before and during our 40th celebration event. The menu was catered to our requests. The food was delicious and the service impeccable!Stephen was very considerate and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. His assistant, I think her name was Samantha, was just as amazing. I hugely recommend Stephen. Thank you for making our event memorable!

Chef Victor was fabulous from start to finish! The food was delicious and great portion sizes too. From the moment he arrived he was attentive and explained everything clearly, making sure he asked if we had any special requests or needs. He brought everything with him that he needed so we had no worries there. When he left, my kitchen was the cleanest I have ever seen it! A super talented chef and a really lovely man too, would highly recommend and would definitely choose him again 😊

Thomas was a great and very unasuming chef who engaged with guests when asked about the food etc but did not intrude on the dinner. Very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend. Fish dishes (scallops and lemon sole) were beautiifully .cooked and delicious !!!! Presentation was great. Thank you.

Graham was terrific. He arrived 3 hours before the meal was due to start and dived straight into the prep. He was friendly, chatty and very organised. The whole thing ran like clockwork and he produced one of the best meals I’ve ever tasted. He catered for 7 of us and we were all blown away. I’ve been to some of the best restaurants in the country, including 2 and 3 star Michelin, and his 8 course taster menu was on a par with or better than any of them. Just a joy from start to finish. Thanks.
