We had a fantastic experience with this Alex. He was a great communicator from the start and really helpful when it came to planning the menus. On the night, he was extremely well prepared and brought everything he needed. The food was absolutely fantastic, you could tell a lot of care and effort went into it, and he left the kitchen spotless afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would happily book again.

Incredible food, tasty and delicious, flavour in every bite and beautifully presented. Couldn't fault a thing in the entire process of booking to final execution. Will certainly recommend this immensely talented individual if you want to hire his services for special events. Every minute detail is taken care of with Chef Manoj communicating through the entire process.There's always a surprise element to every dish presented. Can't recommend enough. We were delighted with our experience with Paul. He created a menu exactly to our requirements and was happy to adapt for some of the group who had vegetarian and gluten free needs. The food itself was the nicest we've ever had in all our years of using caterers. Paul himself was friendly and chatty and on departure left the kitchen clean and tidy. We would definitely love to have him cook for us again!
