We booked Chef James for our week in the Cotswolds, and it completely elevated the trip! Proper British cuisine done with real skill, using beautiful local ingredients. Every meal felt like a genuine treat. The chef was warm, flexible, and easy to work with, especially with a baby in tow. We’d book again without hesitation and recommend him to anyone.

We had such a lovely experience with Chef Gerald! He was so attentive and helped me curate a perfect menu for my sisters hen do. He came to our Airbnb and cooked a fabulous dinner and explained every dish. Food was fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We established an immediate rapport with Rose, who not only prepared a memorable meal, but also who made the whole dining experience so very special for us as we celebrated our anniversary. Chef Rose created a bespoke meal fitting our individual tastes and preferences. Very personable and engaging, enthusiastic with an innovate approach. Chef Rose fused classic Italian and British cuisine with her personal style and flair. Highly recommended.

This menu is served as a 3 course menu. Each guest can choose one starter, main and dessert. >Starters: Pan Fried King Prawns, Garlic Butter, Baby Watercress. Serrano Ham, Grilled Peach, Toasted Garlic Crostini Main: Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder, Cherry Tomato and Oregano Sauce, Crispy Gnocchi, Shaved Pecorino. Pan Fried Chicken Breast, Confit Chicken Thigh Pie with Parmesan Crust, Roast Garlic Mash, Buttered Kale, Thyme Gravy. Chef Manish and his team delivered a flawless, luxury private dining experience! They went above and beyond to make our guests feel welcome, creating a warm, celebratory vibe. The food was top-notch, with exquisite plating, exceptional taste, and a few wonderful surprise dishes. Chef Manish did a fantastic job interacting with guests and introducing courses, and the cleanup afterward was pristine. Extremely impressed and will definitely book again for future events!
