James was great, from start to finish. Very responsive with great menu choices. He came in and just got on with it, left leaving the kitchen spotless. We didn't have to lift a finger (apart from eating ;-)) Food was delicious and plates were cleared for every course. Thank you James.

Working with Chef Paule was so easy. A true professional. Her food was wonderful and the story that came with each course really helped the audience connect with the menu. I would definitely work with Chef again.

Could not fault Sam. This was an amazing experience. Sam was so pleasant to be around, was friendly and welcoming and the food was stunning. Everything we had was brilliant, we cannot stop raving about how delicious it was. Sam was very accommodating when we needed to pause between a course to put the baby to sleep. There was nothing I could fault. It made our night one to remember.

Chef lekios was absolutely amazing. The food was amazing and everybody finished even all the extras he had kindly made he was super prompt and on time! And people actually requested for extras, and takeaway boxes to take any leftover from! I would highly recommend him and look forward to using him again in the near future

For my mother in laws 70th birthday Nick prepared 5 courses that were the most beautiful and delicious meal we have ever had, far surpassing the dozen or so Michelin star meals my husband and I have had. Nick prepared the meal in our holiday home with his wife Liz assisting so that we could have fine dining without risking taking our 4 and 6 year old to a restaurant. Thank you both so much, it was magical, more than we could’ve ever hoped for!

Paul was simply amazing - his communication prior to the event helped us to put together the menu we wanted. On the evening , the food was exquisite. From canapés to dessert - we couldn’t fault anything. .Paul was so friendly and efficient - leaving the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived! He made our birthday celebration extra special - I would highly recommend him!
