We hired Sam for our company Christmas dinner and he made our evening simply perfect. Sam was exceptionally friendly and helpful when planning the meal before & during the night. His food is exceptional. Every dish was a knockout, presented exquisitely and absolutely delicious. Every guest commented on how fantastic the food was. There was so much to go around, we had plenty to send guests home with after. Don't think twice before hiring Sam, you will not be disappointed.

Lockie was great, really friendly + polite, great to chat to and was lovely to hear his background. He was also incredibly accommodating, one friend couldn't eat truffle, one friend wanted a tomato dish and he went above and beyond for us.

A wonderful experience. Our chef took control and I didn't have to worry about anything (as the host). The food was fantastic. He made it all feel very effortless, allowing us to really enjoy our evening.

Jacob was amazing! We enjoyed chatting with him and the food was phenomenal. I can’t recommend his Christmas menu enough 🤌🏼 it was hard to choose a favourite because everything was so great. Definitely will book him again in the future!

Absolutely amazing! Chef Christi was an absolute lifesaver, my original chef cancelled on us a few days before the wedding and luckily Chef Christi as able to come in and save the day. He made everything we wanted on the menu and I'm so grateful for all his hard-work and wonderful food.
