Chef Vijayen is a very experienced chef. He received his training from Le Cordon Bleu, London, achieving the Grand Diploma in Cuisine and Pastry in 2008. Previously, he worked at the Auberge du Taillon in the south of France, in 5-star hotels in Mauritius and at the Hibiscus, a 2-Michelin star restaurant in London, before moving on to become Head Chef at several gastro-pubs in London. He then joined Mitchells and Butlers and before leaving them as an Area Head Chef, he decided to become a freelance private chef. Originally from Mauritius, chef Vijayen is versatile with the food he cooks and draws inspiration from various cuisine across the world..
