Jordan met our brief for an intimate dinner for a group of friends where our priority was a catch up with minimal interruption. He arrived with his assistant when he said he would & served us the courses, spaced at timings to suit us. If you’re looking for a delicious and well presented dinner where the focus can be on the conversation with friends rather than lengthy/showy interruptions to present and describe each course food description, then Jordan is your man. His food speaks for itself.

Lawrence produced a stunning 3-course meal for my recent Xmas party event with 21 guests. The menu options were great. He was incredibly organised and planned thoroughly in advance. Lawrence adapted very well to the commercial kitchen we had available and left the kitchen in the exact way he found it. From the starter to the dessert, each dish was hot. fresh, and tasted amazing. The guests were very impressed with every dish that was served.

I was hugely impressed by Marco, his cooking, his attitude and his demeanour were all first class. I would not hesitate to recommend Marco or to rebook him, he was a pleasure to have in the kitchen.

Mario has been absolutely amazing right from the start. He was super flexible with the menu and brought some amazing wine pairings to the dinner. The basque cheesecake was so good!! We asked if we can get involved with the cooking and he did a great job, making it interactive and kept explaining what was happening. Highly recommend!
