Stoyan was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had a party of 14 for a surprise birthday and the meal was the special touch to the whole weekend. Stoyan was incredibly accommodating, with last minute changes to party numbers and dietary requirements the week of. I would highly recommend Stoyan to anyone thinking of a private dining experience.

Chef Froud was incredible from start to finish. So professional, amazing food and even cleaning up thoroughly after. We all had an amazing evening and would highly recommend him for future events to all friends and family

Lukasz was such a joy! An amazing chef with a fantastic personality that makes you feel at ease. We particularly loved the canapés, they were very tasty and beautifully presented . We would book Lukasz again in a heartbeat

I cannot express how fantastic chef Fumbi was- we had the most amazing food and brilliant service, he is also a lovely lovely guy :) The Bao buns and gyozas were particularly delicious! I could not recommend him enough.

I went to bed and woke up very disappointed at the first half of my event. We had a lovely Chef Sophie, she’s got such enthusiasm and passion. However, it appeared as though she’s inexperienced, or not accustomed to cooking for a group of 16 like mine was. Prior to the event I thought communication was great, but it was notable that she asked me to buy a rice cooker and an extra large pot. The large pot made sense, but a rice cooker, I think she should invest in. I likely wont be using it again anytime soon. My requests were minimal guest interaction, NO pork, no tasting menu like she had initially suggested. We wanted a sharing menu. I said I wanted my guests to be full up, with good portion sizes. Finally, we didn’t want to sit for longer than 2hrs. She arrived at my home around 4pm and I don’t understand why, because not much important prep was done, we were still opening packaging of food and cutting raw meat during the meal. 90% of my guests disliked 2 dishes out of 6, but the issue was that Sophie treated this like a tasting menu. Serving one dish every 20- 40 minutes. We ended up seated for 2.5hrs. Myself, my partner and my guests were hungry, and irritable, not satisfied at all with portion sizes or waiting time. It made no sense, to me as she had so much time to prepare. But it turns out that Sophie wasn’t listening to my expectations or requests. She started preparing a pork dish in front of my Muslim guests!! Luckily I was sat beside the kitchen at the time as she nearly contaminated all of the rice with pork and I was able to intercept this. This shows how often I looked over at the kitchen during the meal to see what the hold ups were. Out of 16 of us there were 5 Muslim guests, and one of them went on to ask me if the area and chopping board were free from the pork she chopped up. This is so embarrassing, and I think is further proof that she didn’t take on board what we discussed. Dietary requirements are such an important factor. I did approach Sophie several times, her assistant can attest to this as he agreed with me when I said this isn’t working. I asked did you only bring 3 steaks, for a beef dish for 16, we asked for more rice, she said no as it takes too long. I got quite frustrated towards the end and asked if she could quickly cook the rest of the food so we could leave the awkward table. She started to explain that she does have more food (uncooked, unprepared in the fridge) and that this is how food is served in China. All is all, I’m not happy with how that part of my event went. She missed an opportunity to have any of my 16 guests book her again, including myself. I have booked a Chef named Keiko who is now on your platform before, for half the cost, but a much better, cohesive experience, with all my requests adhered to. Although Sophie is lovely, and feels she is a great chef, I didn't have a good experience, and neither did my friends, and we and luckily close enough to discuss honestly. Could I please be contacted regarding a partial refund. This experience definitely was not worth the cost that was paid. My main feed back is that she should really listen to the hosts requests. Plan to cook a menu that makes sense when eating it. Nobody wants to wait that, long before a random dish of beef by itself, or asparagus by itself 25 mins later. We had the most fabulous evening and could not recommend chef Cayetano enough! He was extremely polite and professional, his food was exceptional (both taste and presentation) and most importantly he saved my birthday! He stepped up with only a weeks notice as unfortunately our original chef had to cancel. Absolute hero!

Adam gave us a cracking experience , surpassed my expectations , would recomend to anyone .
