Ben was amazing from start to finish. His communication was impeccable. He accommodated menu changes calmly. His food was brilliant and all the guests remarked that they had never had such fantastic beef before. He laid the table beautifully. He didn’t mind us bustling about and calmly got on with his preparation. He was the perfect chef.

Chef Kaffar was fantastic. It was easy to organise logistics with him, the meal was absolutely delicious and great portion sizes and the engagement level was exactly as we had discussed beforehand.

Grace's Hen Do Yay! STARTER - * Beef Gyoza * Tamarind Mushrooms (Ve) Enoki, shimeji, chestnut, and button mushrooms in a chilli & tamarind sauce. MAIN DISH - - Miso Salmon With creamy mashed potatoes Fresh salmon coated in shiro miso, grilled and served with a creamy mashed potatoes. - Crispy pad Thai Stir fried veggies in a thick Asian sauce. Served with noodles DESSERT - * Chocolate Fondant (V) Fondant with a molten melting chocolate middle, served with coconut ice cream. It's hard to believe this is gluten-free!

We Hired Fred for a Hen do, he was so accommodating and amazing, he got in contact with me immediately and his food was out of this world, more than enough for everyone that was there, goodie bags for everyone. Thank you so much we will defiantly being coming back for seconds.

Our experience using Brijesh was fantastic; he cooked a wonderful meal for a hen party we organised and all of the guests were extremely impressed by how delicious the food was! His communication before the event was great, he was extremely flexible in adapting to our needs and he made sure that we had a great time on the night!

We had such a lovely tasting course dinner for my husband’s birthday. I told Jamie what cuisine we would like and within 30 minutes he had sent me a bespoke menu. It was a great treat and Jamie even left us extra’s for a different day! The food was lovely and my 8 and 5 year old loved it too as well as the adults. Thanks for giving me a night off Jamie, everything was brilliant and in the comfort of my own home.
