Shaloma was super flexible re adapting to our needs and adapted both time and menu to our needs. We had a church event and had to leave her at the house while preparing food (and we showed up with all guests two hours later)- and all was good and in order! It would have not happened without her help.

We chose Jorge because his menu consisted of a wide range of options including Gluten and Dairy free. Jorge arrived on time and it was evident that he had done a lot of preparation. The food was generous in portion and delicious. In particular his salads, burgers, kebabs and his basque cheesecake. Everyone loved his food and commented really positively about the experience. Jorge left the kitchen in good order when finished. An excellent, kind and humorous chef. 5 stars from me!

We had a 3 course dinner for 11 of our friends and family to celebrate our wedding anniversary, Paul was flexible with the menu and kept in touch before and on the day. The food was delicious and the whole experience was wonderful, such a chilled afternoon I honestly couldn't fault it. We were staying in a beautiful beach front house and having Paul cater for us meant we didn't have to go anywhere else - so much nicer than eating out! Lovely man, great cook and he clears up as well, fabulous!
