Derek arrived at our holiday house with a professional disposition and a sunny smile. He had a helper Thomas with him and they quickly settled into a small area being extremely well organised. . He completed his prep and we sat down to a delicious three course meal to restaurant standard and beyond - belly pork boa buns being the star of the show ….. 👍 the kitchen was left totally cleaned down and although we were eating in very close proximity they were very quiet and professional.

Dinner party for 11 = £800; Christian was nice; the food, disappointing. Doesn't do any offsite prep; takes over kitchen for 6 hrs pre-event rather than 2-3, you have to take grocery delivery. Food was mediocre. The starter was Itsu frozen gyoza. The main Black Cod Miso is easy to make, but requires a 2-3 day marinade. He only marinaded the fish for 2 hours. It didn't taste right. The poached pears were too small with an unpleasant syrup. Service was slow and interrupted to advertise himself.

The lamb delicious and cooked to perfection. Everyone thought the burgers were fantastic. You are cheery, happy and generous with your support to make the day great. My brother is already wanting to book you again! So are we!

Cedric (like others who have left reviews) saved the day for my friend’s hen do. He cooked us a delicious 2 course meal, was polite and friendly and met our expectations. Would definitely book him again - and not just after another chef had cancelled this time!

Chef Christian was perfect! Clearly communicated as we planned the event, made a fantastic meal for us & our guests, was charismatic when explaining the dishes, and left our kitchen spotless! Highly recommend, can’t wait to use him again.

Fab experience, the food was amazing. So much food as well for 15 of us. Clean up was done kitchen was immaculate and was just amazing!

I couldn’t recommend Georgi more, everything was spot on and we had an amazing evening enjoying his food. The value for money blew us all away.
