Shirley was brilliant from start to finish. So professional throughout the entire process, from the initial booking right through to the event itself. The food was fantastic and made for a truly special birthday meal with cherished friends. Wouid recommend to anyone!!!

Hi there, as promised >Starters ❤ Silken chicken liver and brandy pate served with melba toast and spiced apple chutney ❤ Black pudding bon bons Stornaway black pudding rolled in panko breadcrumbs deep fried and served with a whisky cream sauce >Main ❤ Homemade steak and ale pie served with creamy mash and seasonal vegetables. 💙 Classic cod fishcake on a bed of fresh pea, red onion and bacon salad topped with a soft poached egg >Desserts 💚 Sticky toffee pudding served with a caramel sauce and Winstone's Vanilla Ice cream 💚 Eton mess Crisp meringue shell topped with Chantilly cream, fresh raspberries, whiskey and raspberry coulis.

I had Russell over to cook for 9 people for my birthday and it could not have been any more perfect! His food was amazing and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable - he even left my kitchen even more spotless! Russell’s communication was great and accommodated all of my friend’s dietary requirements. Hands down my best birthday and that was thanks to Russell. I could not recommend him enough.

Exceeded our expectations, the food and the presentation were marvellous. Sam was very happy to interact with our guests, who asked a lot of questions of him! I would definitely recommend Sam as a chef.

Paul was great! Cannot fault his food quality, timing, engagement and personality. This was our first in-home experience and he was cooking Italian food for an Italian family (that likes to cook), so he was challenged on his quality and he did not disappoint. He took the time to explain what he was preparing and his passion for quality was there for all to see. I would highly recommend Paul and we will certainly be using him again for future events.
