We booked Graham for my brother‘s 50th birthday. Before the event he was kind & considerate understanding our desire for luxury alongside our children’s involvement and enjoyment. On the day our kids helped in preparation before we surprised my brother. During the meal he explained the delicacies of the flavours and the inspiration behind each dish. He and his wife were lovely to work with. With the layers of flavours, delicate presentation and explosive desserts we highly recommend.

A very late review as I haven't been back on this site since our event but never the less, we remember how special the evening was. We had a graze table/buffet style selection in our home for my grandmas 90th birthday. We wanted it to be special but make sure she was comfortable and it was exactly that. Everyone was blown away by the food, it looked amazing, tasted amazing and was overall just so much better than we ever expected. Brad was also lovely with us and the guests.
