A finalist on Masterchef India in 2016, Chef Abhilasha wears multiple hats. An MBA by qualification, she has developed her passion and talent by travelling to as many as 30 countries to explore different cultures and cuisines. She has worked with some very prominent brands in India and served many UHNWI.
Abhilasha has won numerous awards for her work, such as the Devi Award, and she was also a jury at Telegraph’s Food Awards. She has been featured in several national newspapers and journals and has also hosted her show on Amazon Prime. With the profound knowledge of an array of cuisines, Chef Abhilasha's immense diverse expertise lies in vegan and vegetarian cuisine. Through her work as a food consultant, she has mentored over 3000 people, with her passion and focus lying on sustainable food and the plant-based lifestyle. As a marathon runner and cyclist, she is all about health but not at the cost of flavour.
