We hired Chef Abhilasha for our engagement party, and overall, we were pleased. Her menu was creative, with some interesting flavours that our guests enjoyed. The presentation was lovely, and she brought a professional presence to the event. Chef Abhilasha added a nice touch to our celebration, and we’d recommend her for anyone looking for a thoughtful and unique dining experience.

I recently hired Ryan for a dinner party to celebrate my 30th birthday. The food was spectacular, and most of the menu was vegan- we are still talking about the food days later! He was so helpful and accommodating when developing the menu, and I am so pleased with the whole experience. He was a cheerful lovely person, 10/10 would recommend - thank-you so much!

A perfect evening with delicious food, all thanks to Sarah! Sarah was super organised and made sure the whole evening ran seamlessly. We were eating in an open plan kitchen but barely noticed her cooking and cleaning whilst we ate. Would 100% recommend!

Hi There, We had an event with Chef Ian last night in Grassfield Hall, Pateley Bridge. The event was a disaster. We sat down for dinner and had our starters. More than 2 hours later chef requested help serving the main as he said he did not feel well. Chef had clearly been struggling. There were only 8 dishes prepared instead of the required 10 and we subsequently found 2 full plates of food in a sink filled with water. The food that was prepared was cold, missing elements and substandard. The kitchen was in chaos. In any event, half of the party could not sit down to eat as we had to stay with the chef as he was unwell, resulting in us contacting his family and seeking medical assistance. Chef explained he was diabetic but did not have his medication or monitor with him. The chef was very nice and this is not a personal complaint. Chef’s health was, quite rightly, the paramount concern last night. However the commercial reality is that we paid for a 3 course meal including service and clear down. What we got was a starter, a very messy kitchen and a ruined evening. I would like a refund.

Manila prepared a fabulous celebration dinner for our family. The scallop starter was divine. The whole group thoroughly enjoyed our main course of duck as well as the pear and blackberry crumble pudding. Our table was set beautifully, and the whole evening was delightful. Furthermore, Manika was super easy to work with, and responded very rapidly to emails to get everything arranged.

Sam was super helpful prior to the event when designing the menu and added extras. He hit the brief perfectly managing to cater for both adults and children of varying ages. The food was excellent and service was seamless.
