1. Chicken Satay Skewers
Grilled chicken breast served with a rich, creamy peanut sauce. Garnished with
cucumber ribbons, fresh herbs & lime.
2. Grilled Mushroom Skewers
A variety of grilled wild mushrooms drizzled with a teriyaki glaze. Garnished with
sesame seeds, crispy shallots & Japanese seasonings.
3. Bang Bang Chicken Wings
Crispy baked chicken wings tossed in a sweet, spicy sauce made from gochujang &
honey. Layered on top of mint yogurt & garnished with sesame seeds & olive oil.
4. Pan Fried King Prawns
Fresh king prawns fried with chilli & garlic, tossed in lemon & herb sauce & garnished
with parsley & lemon zest.
5. Pan Fried Miso Scallops
Pan fried scallops combining the savoury depth of miso with the freshness of
Pak choy. Garnished with crispy shallots & chilli flakes.
6. Sweetcorn Fritters
Fried fritters served with a spicy wasabi mayonnaise. Garnished with pickled red
onions. A perfect combination of sweet & spicy.
7. Salt & Pepper Squid
Lightly battered squid seasoned with salt & pepper, served with lemon kimchi
dressing & pickled chillies.
8. Tom Yum Soup
A vibrant & aromatic broth containing lemon grass, crab meat, lime, vine tomatoes,
wild mushrooms & coconut.
Mains
1. Soba Noodles
Pan fried udon noodles with garlic flakes, mixed peppers, wild mushrooms & a choice
of tender stem broccoli or chicken.
2. Poke Bowl
A refreshing bowl filled with teriyaki wild mushrooms, edamame beans, wakame,
sliced avocado, pickled red cabbage & sticky rice. Served with a yuzu dressing
(citrus soy) and spicy mayo.
3. Katsu Curry
A choice of golden breaded Chicken or tofu served on a bed of coconut rice,
accompanied in a rich Japanese sauce. Garnished with pickled chillies & lime.
4. Thai Green Curry
A choice of chicken or tofu curry made from herbs, spices, coconut milk &
lemongrass. Served with garlic fried rice & pickled chillies.
5. Grilled Salmon
A perfectly grilled salmon fillet, lightly seasoned with sea salt & a hint of lemon.
Served with a side of sauteed pak choi & fried rice. Finished with a drizzle of honey
soy reduction & arame seaweed.
6. Braised Pork Belly
Braised pork belly, slowly cooked to perfection, served with garlic fried rice &
sauteed Pak choi. Finished with a drizzle of honey teriyaki glaze & diced chives.
7. Pan Fried Seabass
Pan fried seabass paired with a soy & ginger glaze. Served with garlic fried rice, grilled
asparagus & crispy onions.
8. Miso Chicken
Pan fried chicken fillet breast marinated in a rich, umami-packed miso glaze. Served
with garlic fried rice, sauteed Pak choi, & then finished with spring onion swirls.
