Nadine is obsessed with how ingredients go from the farm to your plate. She works closely with individual farms which she’s developed relationships with through years of working in the food industry, to ensure you only eat the most premium and fresh ingredients. Nadine grew up in Corfu where she developed a passion for Food and Anthropology. She had spent many years travelling around Europe and beyond, as a child and Adult developing her palate and senses urging her to start a premium meal preparation business. She now have 100’s of loyal clients and is constantly on the hunt to find new ways to express her creativity with her private dining menus. Her kind of cooking style is a kind of ‘Ottolenghi’ experience, focusing on flavour, and the perfect marriage of herbs and spices.
