Chef Lukasz was amazing and made our first yhangry experience very memorable! From the level of service, to the deliciousness of the food and the engagement throughout, we were really delighted with the experience. I can't wait to book chef Lukasz again to try a different menu of his. Highly recommended - you won't be disappointed.

Chef Kaffar made a delicious dinner for us with a few extra helpings so we got to try a bit of everything (leaving nothing!). He communicated quickly and clearly ahead of the event and left the kitchen in perfect condition afterwards.

Review for Private Chef Experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had the pleasure of hiring a Fabio to cater my husband’s 40th birthday celebration. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing! Fabio was incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to understand our needs and preferences. He created a menu that not only impressed the adults but also catered perfectly to the young and the various dietary requirements. Would 100% recommend!

Unfortunately, the quality and preparation of the food fell far below the standards that were promised and expected, leaving me and my guests extremely dissatisfied. Upon reviewing the delivered items, I discovered the following issues: 1. The chicken provided was both undercooked and burnt, rendering it completely inedible and posing a potential health risk. 2. The curry, which was meant to be a key dish, was not adequately seasoned, resulting in a bland and unappetizing experience. 3. I specifically requested barbecue wings that were properly seasoned and flavored as advertised. However, what I received were wings that were unseasoned and smoked, a stark deviation from my explicit order. Given the serious deficiencies in the preparation and quality of the food, I am highly disappointed by the lack of professionalism demonstrated. As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), it is a legal requirement that services and goods provided must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Your service has failed to meet these criteria in several significant ways: - **Satisfactory Quality:** The chicken was both undercooked and burnt, making it unsafe for consumption. - **Fit for Purpose:** The food was neither suitable nor appropriate for the event for which it was ordered. - **As Described:** The wings I received were inconsistent with the description and specific instructions given at the time of ordering. Additionally, I must highlight the importance of food safety. Providing undercooked chicken is a serious violation of food hygiene standards, and it could have led to severe health consequences. Such negligence reflects poorly on the quality control and attention to detail of your catering services. I trusted your company to deliver high-quality food, but this experience has not only caused me inconvenience but also embarrassment during my event. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for the order as compensation for the unacceptable service and breach of consumer rights. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities, such as Trading Standards, and, if necessary, consider pursuing legal action to recover my financial loss. I hope that such measures will not be necessary and that we can resolve this matter amicably. Please respond to this email within 14 days to confirm the processing of my refund and any steps you intend to take to address the issues raised. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and professionalism it requires.

An amazing chef delivering amazing food! Charlie was very personable making him very easy to get along with. Not only was the food fabulous there was also plenty of it. Charlie’s, menu choices are very good and his communication was very efficient. We would love to use Charlie again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him
