Chef Paul was above and beyond what we expected a very experienced and entertaining chef with some amusing stories. The food was excellent and the kitchen was left immaculate. I would thoroughly recommend him. He made our daughters 40th birthday dinner memorable.

Sam was a wonderful chef. He arrived in good time and was a joy to have host us. The food was exceptional and well received by all the guests. He quietly prepared and served us. Sam was so polite and discrete and prepared and tidied up as if nothing had occurred in the kitchen at all. I cannot recommend Sam enough.
