Chef Maciej was incredible, we booked him on short notice and he accepted to do the menu suggested by us. He kept in touch before the event, communicating frequently and politely. On the day, he showed up on time, with 2 assistants and I simply showed him to the kitchen, where the team ran the event seamlessly. The food was delicious and the service faultless. Expectations from our group were high as it was the leadership team of a global business but standards were high and we were very happy!

Felix and Maki’s menu and presentation was one of our top highlights during our wedding week. It was so lovely to have them with us, the menu served was absolutely delicious, thoughtful and catering to our partys’ needs (veggie and spice-fiends 🤣). It was really lovely to have a relaxed evening that went so perfectly. We especially enjoyed learning about the ingredients used, how sambal is prepared and intertwining of Yorkshire/Singapore/Malaysia influences = the tamarind and ginger is a must!

I can't speak more highly of Laurie and Manchester Pasta Co.He was easy to communicate with and worked with my very particular requirements in terms of menu for our group of fussy eaters and mixed cultures. What we received on the night was nothing short of spectacular. The whole group absolutely devoured it - I don't think there was even a crumb left behind. 100% would book again.

We loved having Chef Bien come to cook for us. It was such a treat. The food was great, the kitchen immaculate afterwards. He is also just a lovely man and superb host. Highly recommend!

Ben was an absolute gem of a chef. This evening meant a great deal to my family—food is how we celebrate, connect, and show love—and Ben made sure every dish reflected that. From the first conversation, he listened with care and worked closely with me to craft a menu that suited everyone, including our pickiest eaters! The food was not only delicious but beautifully varied, with each course feeling thoughtful and celebratory. My family felt truly looked after, and that’s all thanks to Ben’s tale

Hollie was brilliant from start to finish. She arrived exactly on time, and took time out of the preparation to chat to us about what she was making and where the food was sourced from. Hollie prepared 3 separate meals for us: Buffet Lunch / 3 Course Dinner / BBQ Not one of the guests (all family) could fault any part of the food and any that was left over was put in containers and taken home!!!

Hamish and Rosie turned up in plenty of time to prepare the meal. They are very charming people. The food was delicious and their fluster free freindly service made our ewvening a great success. I would definitely use them again when the occasion arises.

Darek was amazing! Food was exquisite, service amazing & would absolutely book Darek again for a special occasion. It was such a treat to be cooked for & it all to be cleared up too. 100% recommend.
