Chef James is the real deal. We had the pleasure of hiring Chef James for a birthday meal and I must say, it was an exceptional culinary experience. James prepared a menu that was not only delicious but also uniquely his own. The portions were generous, leaving everyone satisfied and delighted by the flavors. What impressed me just as much as his cooking was his professionalism and tidiness. James was polite and conducted himself with utmost professionalism throughout the event.

Mario went above and beyond to make our vacation dining unforgettable. From daily breakfasts to a special dinner event, his culinary skills shone brightly. Notably, he woke up at 4am to fetch a fresh fish from the local market for our dinner, making us feel incredibly special. He was highly collaborative in menu planning, showcasing creativity and using only the freshest ingredients. Mario also displayed great service acumen, even adapting his dishes to our kids preferences.

Paul was really friendly, organised and accommodating. Paul’s menu options were great and we made our choices and he was accommodating with some changes and additions. The food was lovely and our group were happy with our menu choices. The brownie for dessert was incredible.

Darek was amazing! He did us a tapas style evening for a hen do which was perfect for the occasion, and was very accommodating of dietary requirements. On the day he was punctual, polite and left the kitchen spotless. Overall, I would 100% recommend!

Wow! Chef Bonitos food was fantastic and even with 14 of us there was plenty of it. From the Canapes, though to the many starters (which could have been a meal themselves - especially the Anti Pasta) and then the succulent chicken main course finishing with 3 luscious desserts (trifle, cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding) - we were all in 7th heaven. Chef would not allow us to lift a finger, inc all clearing up, and he helped turn our weekend away into something to remember for years to come
