We booked Chef Viny for a Brazilian barbecue and it was fantastic - amazing food and our guests really enjoyed. Really clean and excellent communication in the lead up to the event. We would definitely recommend him!

Really excellent experience with complex dishes each bursting with flavour and texture. We were blown away by the quality Ben provided with a menu designed around our Portuguese theme for the dinner. Clearly a huge amount of pre preparation had gone into it and Ben and Lydia came in with military precision, cooking, serving and cleaning up afterwards. All in all fabulous!

We had asked Salim to cook for 11 of us to celebrate mine and my dads birthday and he did an absolutely fantastic job. The food was incredible and feedback from the entire group was nothing but complimentary. He did a great job with the plating aswell and made the food look beautiful. There was plenty of food to go round. Thank you so much to both Salim and Henrietta for making our birthdays extremely memorable - we would without a doubt ask you to come and cook for us again.
