Exemplary. Everything from the communication beforehand to the menu planning to the execution was superb. Daniel made the finest Thanksgiving meal that I have ever had. My guests are still talking about their amazing dinner. Daniel is not only professional and talented, but genuinely pleasant.

Lauren was fantastic! Great communication and planning from the start, so I felt in safe hands straight away. I loved her menu suggestions and the food she prepared was delicious and enjoyed by all my guests. She also was very flexible around dietary restrictions, brought a lovely energy to the kitchen on the day and was an overall delight to have as part of this Thanksgiving dinner.

Marina is a an incredible chef and I'm so glad we chose her for my mother's 90th birthday lunch. Marina was happy to discuss potential menus back and forth until we decided on one that really suited mum; she turned up with everything ready to go and was efficient at service so everything stayed on time. The food was delicious and there were lots of empty plates. I'm now just plotting a future event so I can invite Marina back - highly recommended.
