chef Gianni made a fantastic lunch for 11 of us on Christmas Day. Everything was made from scratch by him and tasted delicious. He is a great character to have at your party and I would recommend him.

Peter did an absolutely fabulous job for our Christmas Day lunch! He arrived on time and was fully prepared. He managed our entire lunch with calm efficiency and served an absolutely delicious three-course meal along with vegetarian options and went above and beyond to make sure the entire day was perfect for us. He also left the kitchen immaculate. I wouldn’t hesitate to book him again!

Fantastic food and outstanding service from start to finish. Communication was superb throughout the entire process—from preparation to serving—and everything was handled with great care and professionalism. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served seamlessly. A truly excellent experience all around. Highly recommended.

Perl las blue cheese and fig bruschetta, onion marmalade, walnuts and a rocket and red endive salad. >Main courses Medallion of beef with beef shin croquette, roast carrot, truffle mashed potato, leek ragout, and a red wine sauce. Pan fried seabass served with potato gnocchi, roast courgette, red pepper, tenderstem and finished with salsa verde. Pumpkin and sage ravioli with roasted squash, crispy sage, pumpkin seeds, tenderstem and a brown butter sauce. >Desserts Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream. Salted caramel and chocolate ganache tart topped with honeycomb ice cream.

I asked the chef to create a traditional Danish Christmas menu,. He understood the brief immediately and even called me personally several days in advance to check details and confirm everything was exactly as it should be. The meal exceeded all expectations! My family absolutely loved it and said it was one of the best Christmas meals they’ve had. The quality of both the ingredients and the execution was outstanding. It was a truly special experience and made Christmas feel effortless!

Tim cooked for us for a 50th Birthday celebration and was brilliant. The food was excellent and really created a fine dining experience at home which was just what we were looking for. Tim was highly organised and really nice and relaxed, he was also extremely tidy and left the kitchen in a better state than it started!! Thorough recommend Tim and would definitely use his service again.
