We booked Chef Ali for a canapé style birthday lunch and it was fantastic. He was very flexible with the menu, making some last minute changes to suit some guests. Chef Ali and his assistant were serving the food to guests, explaining about each dish. And just generally super friendly. Everyone was impressed.

Great service, on time and and can adapt/work with what’s available to him. The food was DELICIOUS and plenty, definitely the highlight of the night. I highly recommend chef gianni!

The menu was absolutely delicious. VJ explained the dishes and talked us through everything. All the dishes were seemlesley put together and presented beautifully. A great flow to the evening and he left the kitchen immaculate! Thanks for a wonderful evening.
