Sam and the food, was everything we had hoped for my mum’s 60th birthday! The food was delicious. Sam is obviously very skilled and created dishes that suited our evening perfectly and were packed with interesting and delicious flavours and textures. Sam was able to meet our variety of needs - for meat eaters, vegans and dairy free! He also spent time explaining the dishes which we really enjoyed. All this coupled with Sam’s easy going and friendly nature, made the whole experience perfect!
