Helio was fantastic, and so was the food! All guests were very happy and impressed. Helio was very accommodating and helpful during all of our communication. On the day he turned up on time, was very friendly and attentive and most importantly the food was delicious! The kitchen was left spotlessly clean afterwards.

We had a great experience with Rob, he put us at ease with his positive and laid back manner, getting to work immediately to put together a delicious Italian spread. He had great interactions with the guests and we really enjoyed the dinner, particularly the truffle risotto and arancini.

A fantastic experience. Sophie is such a great chef and such a lovely person, I would highly recommend and we will certainly hire her again!

We had a wonderful evening entertaining friends at home with Chrf Christian. He was lovely, polite, very tidy (!) and the food was delicious. Would definitely not only recommend him, but is him again myself!

I firstly wanted to say that they chefs we used were kind and helpful. I had never used anything like this before. The process was fine it’s sadly the outcome. We agreed on a curry for a party of 10. I explained that we had vegetarians in the group and also a gluten free party member. We agreed the menu, this was going to be a vegetarian curry, a chicken curry, meat and veg and Samosas, Nan bread, rice, salad and mango chutney and mint sauce. The problems started the evening before the meal. We received a message at 9:45pm, letting us know that they couldn’t do gluten free samosas as the mixture wasn’t sticking. I asked if there was something else they could do, they changed it to a chicken tikka for that 1 guest. The day of the meal, the dinner arrived and I asked them to clarify which samosas were vegetarian, the lady then looked worried and explained that they were all meat, as you can imagine this was very frustrating and disappointing. Half the party are vegetarian, including the Birthday Girl. We had to to run to 3 different shops trying to find starters for our family. They missed 1 hour 30 minutes of the party and cost more money!! When it came to the meal, we were shocked to find that the chicken curry was full of bones, snapped and brittle, with barely any meat, we then tried to sieve the sauce but it was inedible due to the spice which in the email correspondence that I had with the chef, confirmed no heat or very little. The salad was full of green chilli which was all inedible due to the heat. There was a small pot of mango chutney and no mint dip. There was not enough food for the guests and we ended up eating toast and cheese!! I then received the below correspondence from a guest at the party. Please see below. I hope you don’t mind my comments Kirsten about the meal. I was just wondering about the meal have you had to pay? The curry was full of sharp little broken chicken bones. These would not have occurred during cooking. The meat was obviously put into the pot with the bones deliberately broken presumably for flavour and richness( one hopes)this can be practiced but no warning of splintered bones and as a commercially prepared product this is not acceptable. It could have been fed to young children ( Zach I know loves chicken curry) and these bones are lethal, a major choking hazard and high risk for internal perforation ( oesophagus, stomach, small bowel, it does really happen) You paid a lot for it and I think that the company should know. As you say the curry was too spicy when you’d requested gentle, no warning of bones, the veg curry sadly wasn’t great. Please see photo is from one serving of the curry. I think they just added a carcass into the dish. We are all sad and frustrated as we have never done anything like this before and to be honest, we wouldn’t again. We would like a complete refund.

Amazing food and wonderful interaction

Chef David was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, well-presented, and everything ran on time. Highly recommend.

Beth is an excellent chef and we would highly recommend her for dinner parties. She put together a great menu, was flexible on our guests’ dietary restrictions and made a dessert on request which she had never made before without any hesitation. Beth is very professional. She is a great communicator, she came on time, served excellent food, and left the kitchen spotless. All of the food was delicious especially the canapés and starters! Moreover she is very friendly and a joy to have over.

Fabrice is an exceptional chef,, his food is superb, the presentation of his dishes are works of art and he is extremely professional. I booked him after looking at several chefs and their menus but Fabrice’s communication was excellent, he was accommodation to dietary requirements and he inspired total confidence in me. He and his lovely lady partner, who serves and clears away are a great team and I recommend them most highly. Everything was Michelin starred quality. Thank you Fabrice.
