Carola was well prepared on arrival and was very engaging! Each course was wonderfully presented and exactly as described in her menu. Carola expertly blended in and served each course on time and flexibly according to the passage of our evening. The kitchen and utensils were left as clean as when she arrived, like she was never there! We had an amazing evening and would recommend Carola for your dinner party.

I am writing to express my total dissatisfaction with a ‘fine dining experience’ last night. The chef himself was kind and polite however I am afraid to say the food was very poor, however my biggest concern is the fact the food was not cooked fresh and the majority of the meal was pre-prepped \(both the soufflé and aubergine were made a few days in advance and possibly frozen and reheated in the microwave\) the aubergine was raw and the soufflé was more an omelette than a soufflé. The main course was made with pasta brought from a shop and again was not fresh and the ‘triple cooked chips’ were frozen French fries from a supermarket. The cooking of the steaks were really not good with some being raw and others being so overcooked it could not even be cut. All the food minus the frozen chips was served cold! All in all this was an awful experience and you should not be advertising yourself as being a company that provides chefs for fine dining experiences. This was arranged for my wife’s 40th birthday and really spoilt what was otherwise a fantastic day. I didn’t want to say this to the chef directly as I did not want anything to spoil my wife’s birthday celebrations any further but I really think you need to check whether the reviews for this chef on your website are legitimate because any alleged chef who claims to work in a Michelin star restaurant would have been ashamed of what was served to us yesterday.

Chef Rob L was an absolute culinary genius from start to finish! Every dish was Michelin-level — thoughtful, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavour. Not only was the food exceptional, but Rob was professional, warm, and truly passionate about his craft. He created an unforgettable experience that had everyone at the table raving. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Chef Shirley catered an intimate and relaxed family dinner for us! The food was lovely, and she was a delight, with the best stories about the dishes she served. Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Great communication

Christian was absolutely brilliant start to finish! He was incredibly responsive before the event and always quick to reply and so organised. The actual day itself was flawless. His food was incredible and he introduced each dish which was such a lovely touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Christian again and can’t recommend him highly enough.
