Chef Xavier was very kind, professional, and communicative leading up to our event, and several dishes were genuinely delicious, especially the burgers, carne asada, mac & cheese, and dessert. Unfortunately, there were significant timing and service issues the day of the event, with food being served much later than expected and some execution details feeling rushed or disorganized. Overall, we enjoyed parts of the experience but wish the pacing and preparation had been smoother.

Chef Alejandro catered for just over 20 guests for my Dad's 95th birthday party. It was a swelteringly hot Bank Holiday Monday and he didn't miss a beat. Chef Alejandro was very engaging, professional and creative. The menu was varied, catering for vegetarians as well as meat and fish lovers and the presentation was delightful. Portion sizes were generous. Chef Alejandro took care to clean up as he went and we could not be more delighted with our choice of chef - highly recommended!

Chef Scott was amazing to work with — extremely responsive, prompt, and professional throughout the entire process. We hired him to prepare a sushi dinner to celebrate a friend’s birthday in Punta Gorda, and everything exceeded expectations. The presentation and quality of the rolls, nigiri, poke, salads, and sides were outstanding and beautifully prepared. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him.

Chef Emma was fantastic - her food is super tasty, fresh and healthy and she’s punctual. All of our guests loved the food, including 9 children, especially her chicken skewers, grilled salmon and amazing cheesecake. We had a BBQ for 19 and Emma had everything ready on time, accommodated to some last minute requests and was nice to have in the house. Emma left the kitchen spotless with leftovers stored in the fridge. We’ll absolutely use Emma again.

Meiko is very professional and elegant with her service. We had a great time, and the food quality and flavours were exceptional.

Adam was an amazing part of our 40th Wedding Anniversary celebration! His communication and adaptability before the event was fantastic. Adam’s friendly but unobtrusive presence on the day was wonderful. And last but not least, his food was absolutely delicious. Use Adam if you’re down in Cornwall, you won’t regret it! Fantastic experience with Chef James. He was responsive, the food was delicious, he left the property spotless.

Chef Lisbet was fantastic from start to finish. She stepped in last minute after another chef cancelled and delivered an excellent experience. The Nikkei ceviche was the standout dish — fresh, vibrant and full of flavour with a great fusion of ingredients. The alfajores was also so delicately balanced, just sublime! Her engagement with the group was warm and professional throughout, and everything was very well presented. We would happily book her again.

Absolutely incredible experience! We booked Chef Gianluigi for a hen do as part of a surprise weekend and it exceeded all expectations. He and his assistant were punctual, attentive and professional throughout. The food was everything we wanted and more — everyone loved it and was so impressed. The bride said: “IT WAS AMAZING… tasty, professional, equipped, enjoyable — can’t recommend enough.” Thank you again for such a lovely evening. Highly recommend!
