We had such a great evening with Chef Sam. The tomato consommé & stuffed tomato was a beautiful, fresh starter, and the lamb was fantastic - perfectly cooked with delicious courgette three ways and Ratte potato mash. You could really taste the care and expertise in every dish! The corn & miso mille-feuille was a lovely surprise too. The whole experience felt special whilst also completely effortless. Would recommend & re-book Chef Sam!

Overall great experience! We had such a fantastic experience with our private cooking experience! The chef was professional, friendly and clearly passionate about the food. Everything was made using fresh ingredients and the quality really showed in every dish. What made the experience even better was that the chef went above and beyond and prepared additional food that wasn’t even on the menu. It was such a lovely surprise and really made the whole experience feel personal and special.

Adrian was amazing!! Such a pleasure to have him cater for my friend’s hen do. The meal he planned was perfectly tailored to the bride’s taste and he also catered to one person’s dietary requirements. Everyone absolutely loved the meal and said how delicious everything was, and the bride was thrilled. Adrian was also a joy to communicate with, really courteous and quick to respond. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Dan. The food was truly wonderful and he went to great efforts to fit the menu to individual requirements. It was a pleasure welcoming him into our family gathering with his friendly manner and willingness to share stories. We would have no hesitation in rebooking him again!

I booked Ushane for a birthday meal at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The food was absolutely fantastic, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The chef was friendly, professional and made the whole evening feel special and completely relaxed. Having restaurant-quality food in the comfort of our own home was brilliant. It made the birthday really memorable. Would 100% recommend and we’ll definitely be booking again!

The food and service from Michael was excellent. He was prompt, efficient and discreet which allowed us to enjoy the culinary experience. The food was tasty and well presented. Michael left the kitchen as he found it. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

Santiago was fab! The food was delicious, we were too full to finish it! Great variety for vegetarians too! He was very professional and friendly so thank you for making my sisters hen do tapas meal a great memory! :)

Max and Jack were incredible, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Max was so flexible with the menu, allowing everyone to choose their own starter, main and dessert, something I hadn’t seen with other private chefs. The food looked and tasted amazing, and both were relaxed, friendly and professional throughout the evening. They were also extremely clean and left everything spotless. We’d definitely book them again!

Jack arrived promptly with his assistant Sophie. He basically got on with everything being extremely well prepared and organised. They worked very well together and are friendly, fun and relaxed and professional. Beautifully prepared and tasty canapés were served to our guests by Sophie who was charming, and engaging. She was so helpful keeping everyone topped up with fizz n food. The day was a huge success, everybody enjoyed themselves and I think it will be a day to be remembered.
