This is the 4th time I've booked an event with Chef Fouad and it was just as amazing as ever! He came all the way to Hebdon Bridge from London, catered for many dietary requirements such as vegan and gluten free and created such a lovely atmosphere making it so so special. The portions were HUGE and everything was delicious.. ESPECIALLY the Miso Aubergine wowoow. And as always he left the kitchen absolutely sparkling clean. I can't reccomend Chef Fouad enough and can't wait to book again!!!

The entire experience with Andrew was excellent. His communication was great and he was responsive and very helpful. Upon arriving, he was friendly and had great energy. He also welcomed each guest as they arrived. The food was made in a timely manner and every item on the menu was delicious. We went for a pan-asian menu, because that was our favourite, but he can do 6 other cuisines. The guests all gave amazing feedback and loved his food. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
