Chef Atul was absolutely brilliant from booking and planning until the very end of clean up on the day itself. We were able to create our own custom buffet menu for 60 guests, everything was presented beautifully and tasted brilliant, with him bringing his own equipment to ensure our dishes could be made in the hire house. Lovely and friendly chef and team. We couldn’t be happier.

Michael was absolutely incredible! The food was 10/10, as was the presentation. We had an amazing dinner party and would not hesitate to use Micheal and his helper again if we are ever in the area again . The canapés in particular were incredible - best salmon Bellini ever, so many flavours in one mouthful.
