We hired Chef Mari for our son’s baptism, and she exceeded all expectations. She designed a stunning canapé menu with Swedish and French influences—exactly what we wanted. Every bite was delicious, and our guests were impressed. Mari was professional, attentive, and made everything seamless. She even left our kitchen spotless! We highly recommend her and will definitely use her again. Thank you, Mari, for making our special day even more memorable!

Can’t recommend Fiona enough. Made a birthday celebration super special with delicious fresh and local food. Fiona was so accommodating and lovely to have around, she kept very calm even when we temporarily lost power and made us feel really at ease. The food was so incredible, definitely one of the best meals we’ve ever had and certainly one to remember, thank you!!

The food was delicious and the presentation beautiful. It was a real treat and I would highly recommend Sam for your next gathering. He was very well organised and food was timed and cooked perfectly. The kitchen was left spotless!

What an evening! Glenn is a top chef but more importantly a top person… the three courses he did for our 6-person party were all absolutely incredible. Amazing portion sizes, but the taste of every single dish had all of us raving about him! It’s clear that he has a lot of passion for cooking and now having tasted his food it’s obvious why! Don’t hesitate, I’m so happy we booked Glenn out of all the choices we had.

Chef Kate was an absolute delight to work with. Communications ahead of our event were clear and gave us confidence that our dining was in good hands. On the night, Kate arrived exactly on-time, was as friendly as in her messages, and generally set the tone for the next few hours of culinary delights. The food was exquisite and the service so friendly. I cannot rate this experience highly enough, with my sentiments echoed by the other 13 in attendance. Thank you, Kate!!!

I have worked in events for over 25 years and can honestly say that Felix & Maki were among the best chefs that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Throughout the whole experience they were amazing and on-site at my parties they could not have been more brilliant. They turned out delicious food, their service was impeccable and they were smiling, friendly and engaging with guests. A huge thank you and I can't recommend them enough.
