1. Mismatch of Expectations • The session was supposed to be a cooking class, but instead, the chef ended up cooking for us with minimal teaching. This was not what we had agreed upon. 2. Professionalism and Preparedness • The chef appeared inexperienced and unprepared for the session. If he was unable to deliver the class as promised, he should have informed us in advance or declined the booking entirely. • He brought nice ingredients but forgot some ingredients, which required me to leave mid-session to purchase them. • Instead of preparing mochi from scratch as part of the class, he brought pre-packed mochi from a supermarket, which was disappointing. 3. Hygiene Concerns • The chef did not wash his hands until we specifically asked him to do so. He had an unpleasant body odor, which impacted the overall experience. • He used the same cutlery for tasting and garnishing, which is a serious hygiene issue. 4. Cooking Quality • The lamb was overcooked, he said that, and while mistakes happen, it was dismissed with a laugh rather than addressed professionally. • The ceviche was overly spicy for our taste, even for him, despite his suggestion that it would be mild. Overall, this experience fell far short of expectations.

We had the pleasure of having Chef Fola cook for us on Valentine’s Day, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly and chatty, making us feel completely at ease. Great experience with Chef Gauri. She cooked a 6 course Valentines day meal and it was a show stopper - but boy , did we have a lot of food! Very good value for money and I would recommend her to anyone. Super friendly, great communication before the event and very reasonably priced. Thank you for making our evening so special!

This is the second time we have enjoyed the company and exquisite food from Maciej . Maciej ensures that the food is not only presented immaculately but also tastes as good as it looks . I would highly recommend Maciej to anyone who is looking to celebrate a special occasion as his engagement with the client and also his culinary skills are second to none .

Chef Abhilasha was the absolute best. She was so fun to speak with and her food tasted delicious. Chef Abhilasha not only built us a bespoke menu suited to my pregnant wifes tastes and cravings but she took us on a journey around India. Talking us through each dish and the history of its origins. She was lovely to spend time with, very quickly got to know us, our kitchen and our pet dog (who loved her). Overall it was a great experience and we would 100% book with her again.
