canapés: -spanish chicken skewers -Halloumi bites -smoked salmon and cheese van au vent. Starters: - Caramelised cauliflower soup, homemade focaccia and yeast butter. -Prawn Cocktail. Main Course: - Traditional Whole Roast Turkey. Side dish: - Goose Fat Roast Potatoes -Honey Roasted Carrots -Spicy Cabbage -Sprouts and bean Salad. - Yorkshire Puddings - Pigs in Blankets. Dessert: - dark chocolate mousse, wild berries compote, chocolate soil and dolce ice cream.

Fabrice was exceptional for our Christmas Day lunch. The food was plentiful, beautifully presented, and cooked to a high standard—each dish a work of art. Catering for 20 guests was no easy feat, but Fabrice handled it seamlessly, showing incredible skill and professionalism. His assistant, Edyta, was equally fantastic, always one step ahead. This is our second year with a chef on Christmas Day, and Fabrice truly set the bar higher. A memorable meal we’ll never forget—thank you!

Chef Vimbai was excellent and worked around all our allergies and cooking limitations, even cooking off site on Xmas day and transferring to our home for service. Chef and her assistant were fantastic throughout and we would highly recommend her

Gianni catered for our Family Christmas Dinner and the food was AMAZING! There was plenty of leftovers - which was perfect for Boxing Day – and his bubbly personality really added to the delivery of his service. There was an unexpected delay between courses, however, this was mitigated by the quality and quantity of food being produced. Overall, we were very satisfied with our wholesome Christmas Dinner and thank Gianni for taking the pressure out of this usually stressful day!

Chef Ndapanda and her assistant, Kate, were fantastic! They came well prepared, set up in a small kitchen and prepared a feast for us! They were efficient, neat, cleaned up completely and made our Christmas a wonderful time. She went above and beyond to accommodate food allergies and sensitivities. I can't say enough positive about Chef Ndapanda!
