We booked Tim for a family birthday dinner at a holiday rental house. Before the event Tim was responsive and flexible with a varied selection of dishes to choose from. Tim adapted effortlessly to the slightly cramped kitchen in our rental house. The food was really delicious. He was friendly and efficient but also discreetly prepared and served the food so we could enjoy the meal. The biggest bonus was having everything clean and tidy by the time we’d finished eating.

From the elegant starter to the show-stopping main and the exquisite trio of desserts, the entire meal was a culinary journey. All communication was done in a timely manner. Fergus took all dietary requirements into consideration and planned the menu to suit the needs of the guests.
