Chef Maya was really lovely and engaging and explained all the foods to us. Very accomodating with us having 1 vegetarian who was really impressed with the food also! She served us nicely and even tidied up which is always a bonus! I'd highly recommend Chef Maya!

chef Zoe was great. we needed something last minute and she was flexible and easy to work. Very communicative and focused on what mattered to us most. Not to mention her food was awesome. and exactly what we were looking for. Very pleased and would look forward to working with Zoe in the future.

An amazing experience with Chef Brian as our chef for a family event. The food was absolutely fabulous, Brian was really engaging and accommodating of everyone around the table. He served everything beautifully and to time and the kitchen when he was finished looked liked he never been…apart from the wonderful lingering aromas of the amazing dishes our very happy family had enjoyed. Thanks so much again to Chef Brian for making it an amazing experience for us all x

Lunch: Korean BBQ Ribs -> Marinated in a sweet and savoury blend of soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and gojuchang, grilled to perfection. Jamaican Jerk Chicken -> Chicken marinated in a spicy jerk sauce made from HOT chilli peppers, allspice, and thyme. Japanese Yakitori -> Skewers of chicken thigh, scallion, and bell pepper, glazed with a tare sauce and grilled. Dinner: Moroccan Lamb Kebabs -> Lamb cubes marinated in a mixture of cumin, coriander, and cinnamon, skewered and grilled. American BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich -> Pork shoulder slow-cooked until tender, shredded and mixed with a tangy BBQ sauce, served on a soft bun with coleslaw. Japanese Yakitori -> Skewers of chicken thigh, scallion, and bell pepper, glazed with a tare sauce and grilled. Veggie options (lunch & dinner): Thai Grilled Aubergine -> Aubergine slices marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, and chili, grilled and topped with fresh herbs and sesame seeds. Mexican Grilled Corn -> Corn on the cob grilled and slathered with mayo, lime juice and chilli powder. Mediterranean Grilled Halloumi -> Slices of halloumi cheese grilled and served with salad and a lemon-olive oil dressing. Dessert: Grilled Bananas with chocolate sauce. Grilled Pineapple served with ice cream.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic birthday celebration with charming chef Sid and his assistant. Sid took over completely when he arrived, the food was delicious and the clean up amazing/ so relaxing and highly recommended.
