Zoe was incredible from start to end, she made SO much effort to accommodate our (very large) group’s various dietary requirements and she was extremely friendly and professional! Zoe’s food was delicious, filling and wonderfully presented. If I am ever back in Brighton I will definitely ask Chef Zoe to cook again!

This was our first time using a private chef and it won't be our last. Dean was very responsive during the menu selecting stage. We chose 3 courses, with most of us having the same dishes, but my dad wanted to try the scallops for his starter, which Dean was very accommodating to, as well as one guest being gluten and dairy intolerant. Every dish was delicious, very well presented and thought through using fresh ingredients.

We had a lovely evening of amazing food prepared by Chef Ed for our mums 70th birthday! The food was great and there was plenty for everyone too - we had to take a break for dessert! There was the right level of interaction from the chef too! Everything was just perfect! Chef Ed - thank you so much for making it such a memorable night for all the family to remember!
