We had a wonderful meal cooked by Rose for my mother’s 70th birthday. Rose was very helpful in planning the menu and dealing with any adjustments. On the day the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Rose left the kitchen spotless and ensured we had a memorable experience. Thank you!

Adam was fantastic! He came in with everything needed (including plates) and just got on with it. He checked a number of times we would be ready for the pre-agreed sit down time, which is great as we had a large group of 17 adults. A few people helped bring through the plates for each course which wasn't a problem at all. All the food was delicious and cooked perfectly! He also cleaned up the kitchen, it was as if nobody had been cooking. Loved it, thank you Adam.

We had a great evening with Abhilasha. She was great at communicating before the event and catered to our mixed dietary requirements. The food was delicious and she was so engaging and fun on the evening! Would recommend her for any future event!

Robert arrived bang on time and we left him to it. He was pleasant and chatty but generally kept to the kitchen while all the guests were chatting. He served us beautiful food (and our wine!) and cleaned the kitchen to better than we had left it. He was great and would recommend

Antonio is an incredible chef and made my mums 70th evening very special. The food and service was incredible and he washed and tidied everything away after too. The communication before and during the event was fantastic and he went above and beyond to make the event go so well including making a chocolate cake. Fergus and team produced a tasty and well presented luxury BBQ and sides for a birthday event. Fergus made homemade sauces and dips and seasoned everything to make each dish flavourful. Good quality meats and ingredients were used throughout. We would use Chef Fergus again! Thanks to you and your team- they worked very hard!
