Chef Fouad and his staff were incredible. Communication with him prior to the event was smooth and he was willing to make changes based on preference and allergies. He arrived promptly and the set up and prep was so seamless. Fouad struck the balance perfectly between engaging and letting us relax with no worries about the food. The table set up was wonderful and the food was just fantastic! So much of it and all so delicious. It was just such a fantastic addition to our party!

Thank-you to Sebastian & Lana for making our family gathering so memorable. He was quick and responsive easily adapting the menu to individual preferences and requirements. They were patient and cooperative with our unusual Murder Mystery dinner format, fitting the serving effortlessly around our character playing. Food was incredible; everyone loved it. At the end of the evening they slipped quietly away leaving the kitchen absolutely spotless; we would never have known they had been there.

Having Chef Darek come to prepare my husbands surprise 60th birthday family meal was brilliant, each course was so flavourful, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious, he even prepared 3 children meals, which they loved! Excellent chef ! Made my entire food without oil. He was concerned throughout of my dietary requirements and what I like and I don’t like. He ended up making extra quantity so I could store and use further. He made Indian and Italian cuisine for me and made it really well. I will definitely call him back again
