Tom was absolutely brilliant! He was very professional and engaging with my guest. The food was one of the best indian meals I have had. The flavours were so thought out and the presentation was incredible. I am so pleased with the service. Tom deserves all the recognition. I must admit Tom was by far the best Chef. The food that Jake prepared was varied and delicious and all 10 diners enjoyed the tastes and flavour combinations. Jake was very helpful throughout the dining experience, offering advice of how to proceed beforehand and make changes so that the experience wouldn't disappoint. On the night, he was amicable, easy to converse with and great in his prep, service and clean-up, making it all look so calm and controlled. I would highly recommend him for his great food and the entire dining experience.

I organised a surprise birthday for my mums 80th. Fabrice put together a delicious Persian menu for 40 guests. Everyone loved the food. He was punctual and responsive and I felt very confident in him as a chef. Would highly recommend!
