Chef Shirley arrived slightly ahead of time and immediately set to work. She provided us with an excellent 3 course meal proceeded by very tasty canapés. She was very friendly and chatty but kept herself to herself when guests were talking amongst themselves. She quickly and quietly cleared up the kitchen before leaving. I was a guest so this was not my house but I would be very happy to employ chef Shirley on another occasion. I highly recommend this lady!

Pre-Christmas Celebration

>Canapés (All included) 💙 Cucumber salmon bites Strips of cucumber with salmon mouse rolls ❤ Black pudding bon bons Deep fried balls of bread crumbed Stornaway black pudding served with a whisky cream sauce 💚 Popcorn cauliflower Tempura battered cauliflower florets with sweet chilli and buffalo dips >Starters (Choose 1) ❤ Ham hock and apricot terrine served with cornichons and a homemade crusty bread wedge 💚 Whole baked Camembert, confit garlic butter and studded with rosemary served with red onion chutney and wedge of homemade crusty bread 💙 Cullen skink. We loved having Emma over to cook for us for a special birthday meal. Her communication in the run up to the event made everything super easy and she was really lovely and personable. The food was delicious and portion sizes were generous! The laksa was standout. Thank you Emma for our lovely meal.

Chef Brian was great, punctual and a strong communicator. From the get go, we decided on a menu that would fit both budget, guests and dinner type. We had arancini balls and feta burek for starters, thai curry as a main, and tiramisu for dessert. The Chef also brought a delicious chocolate fondant dessert as an extra. The food was extremely well received and Chef Brian simplified our life greatly. Would book again!
