We hired Chef Carlos to cook an elevated plated version of an Argentine Asado while remaining true to the cultural experience for our vow renewal celebration. He perfectly balanced the request and our guests were blown away. The presentation and the food was out of this world! The empanada appetizers and the flan dessert with dulce de leche is still being talked about. He is respectful, kind, and a phenomenal cook. Highly recommend! We will book him again!

Absolutely brilliant, got on brilliantly with the guests and made enough food to feed an army 😆. The food was delicious, and he left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. What a star!

We ordered Mary’s Greek Feast and the food was exceptional from start to finish. We genuinely couldn’t recommend her more! Mary was so lovely and incredibly accommodating with all of our dietary requirements. Everything was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and the whole experience felt really special. She also left the kitchen spotless afterwards, which was a bonus. We’re still dreaming about that cheesecake! An all round brilliant experience. Highly recommend.

Alex was the perfect chef. Attentive, professional, timing was on point, the food was amazing and he left the place so clean, leaving any leftovers for us to finish later. We all agreed that he is highly recommended. Thank you Alex.

Disappointing in that we chose Karl and then on the night it turned out he’d arranged for two others to come & actually cook for us. They were excellent other than they turned up late, we’d agreed to eat at 7:30, they turned up after this time so we didn’t sit down to eat until just after 8. Once they’d arrived they were very polite and professional and the food was excellent. Communication in the end was disappointing, I rang Karl on the day itself & didn’t clarify he wouldn’t be attending

From the start Brian’s communication has been excellent He arrived on time as arranged, even although he initially got slightly lost, and phoned for directions Brian did an excellent job, menu as arranged, and delicious, even despite a wonky oven at the holiday property we were in. Huge portions too Brian was very chatty, and easy to have around, he cleaned up everything after use, and left the kitchen area completely spotless I would use Brian again, and highly recommended him to others
