I recently had the pleasure of working with Alberto. He is a fantastic chef who went above and beyond to make my event a truly memorable one. From start to finish, this chef was a true professional and delivered an exceptional dining experience that left everyone in attendance feeling satisfied and impressed. He was friendly, approachable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for in terms of the meal.
