I booked a chef for 29th September for 7pm - Chef Gergo. The chef was lovely and really helpful however I just want to note a few things: 1. I discussed the menu with the chef prior to booking, and we made a few changes to the menu which was agreed. Unfortunately on the night, the chef forgot the two menu changes we had confirmed. - the first being that I chose a vegetarian option for my mum that was already listed on the menu. The chef did forget the menu choice and initially served a meat option. - I requested a separate chicken dish with triple cooked chips for my husband which again unfortunately the chef had forgotten. - the menu included champagne sorbet which essentially was not provided as it was lemon sorbet with Prosecco poured on top. I appreciate the chef traveled a long way and on the most part the food was very good however it was just slightly disappointing that this was a special occasion and the food was not as promised. The chef made a very big effort to try and rectify the situation by going out to the shops to get the other ingredients to make the vegetarian and chicken dish but it was not the meals that had been originally confirmed. Again I appreciate all of the effort that the chef made however given that we have paid for a certain menu and experience, it was just a little disappointing. This is not a reflection of the chef and I understand things can happen, but it seems unfair that we did not receive the menu as we were expecting. I hope that we are able to receive some form of refund for the elements we were not happy with.

Chef Nadine provided 20 of us with a fantastic three course meal, beautifully presented and made a team of foodies very happy! Nadine was extremely friendly, personable and was able to cater to a range of dietary requirements. We were blown away!

The event was amazing and I had a really happy birthday!

Amazing Chef, food quality, dishes and portion size! Cannot fault our experience. Fantastic Italian meal topped off with the best tiramisu we've ever tasted. Even had a few pieces left for the next day and it just got better! Would highly recommend Valerios and hopefully book him in again for a special occasion in the future.

Chef Jay came and cooked a delicious Pan Asian meal for our group of 12. All the guests commented on how wonderful the food smelt, looked and tasted. I was really happy with the entire service from discussion of the menu to the event and after.

Being the my first experience of a private chef Kaffar S delivered on all of our expectations, he was busying away in the background creating wonderful aromas. His polite and calm persona was delightful. I would be very grateful to have another opportunity to allow Kaffar to cook for me. Thank you yhangry for a wonderful and seamless experience.

Amazing dinner party hosted by chef Fouad! He was very open to adapting our menu to a Spanish theme since we had a hendo for a friend getting married in Spain. Easy of the dishes were delicious, we kept having them even though we were full! He did SO much work on this own and we had plenty of leftovers. Communication was at times a bit difficult but that was also on our part because we kept missing messages. Would recommend staying closely in touch the days before the event! Thank you!!!
